4 Exercises to do on Your Break from Swimming

"Sunsals"  My group knows these well.  Go through the stretching routine 3-4 times.  Add triceps push ups and practice lowering down from plank making sure your entire body touches the ground at one time.

Perform the exercises below 3 times through for 1 minute each. Wear your snorkel for a greater challenge.

  • Jumping Jacks
