Ankle Flexibility

Ankle flexibility is very important, and you should work on it every day.

  1. Point and flex  (Try 3 sets of 10 to get started.)
  2. Ankle circles outward/inward  (10 circles each way)  
  3. Calf stretches (5 seconds each leg 3-4 times)

Keeping your ankles flexible will greatly help your kick in swimming.
