- Do you fire the large muscles in your thighs?
- Do you leave the wall in a tight streamline?
- Do you make it past the flags?
- Do you have your feet placed properly on the wall?
- Do you leave in the correct "sink touch push" position?
- Ask your coaches to watch you and see if they are happy with your push offs!
