Healthier Pumpkin Spice Muffins



















Here is a simple and healthier muffin for athletes. 
Serve with nuts or cheese to add a protein source.

Preheat Oven to 350 
  • 1 box spiced cake mix
  • 2 tbsp flax seed
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 can pumpkin (15 oz)
  • 1/4 cup olive or coconut oil
  • 2 eggs
Blend well
Bake for 20 min

Best if served warm with butter.
