PUSH OFF ON YOUR BACK

In the video above, watch how the swimmer initially pushes off on her back, and then rotates to her stomach. This is a fabulous way to work on body control and positioning in the water. It also helps with flip turns because it is the correct way to push off after the flip at the wall.
