A strong kick will stabilize your stroke and make you fast! Remember to practice counting your kicks to make sure you ultimately get 6 kicks per arm cycle.  The videos below show progression from kids using the kick board to Coach Jordyn demonstrating the swim. Work on maintaining your kick throughout your swimming sets.
