Breaststroke: "SHRUG SHOOT STRETCH"


Breaststroke points recently reviewed during practice:
  1. SHRUG- Pop your shoulders up (practice at home in front of a mirror)
  2. SHOOT - Push your arms forward as if pushing something away aggressively
  3. STRETCH - Reach arms out straight toward the wall (keep eyes down and head still)
