Hold Your Breath!

Our swimmers have been working hard on holding their breath off the wall, especially with freestyle flip turns.  
Set a goal, unique for you, to improve this skill.  It might be any of the following:

  • "During warm ups, I will hold my breath off the wall on each turn."
  • "I will do 10 flip turns without breathing on the first stroke today." 
  • "I will make a full practice without breathing on the first stroke today."
