A perfect snack to grab on the way to the pool!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup favorite nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseed
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 tbsp. protein powder
Put everything in a medium bowl and mix well. Chill for one hour. Roll mixture into balls and store in airtight container in the freezer.
